1st experience there was great. I was greeted at my car and walked inside to my service person that knew who I was. So professional and really made me feel welcome. 2nd experience was the exact opposite. T and walked inside to my service person that knew who I was. So professional and really made me feel welcome. 2nd experience was the exact opposite. They sat their drinking their Starbucks and acted as though my presence was a total inconvenience. When I asked them if my appointment was too much for them to handle since it was New Years Eve they seemed fine with the lack of professionalism I was dealing with. I had to go into the service managers office to explain to him why I was so taken back by their poor customer service. He was great. He turned everything around. More

The dealership goes above and beyond most dealerships I have dealt with. In 2009 we bought our first Mini Cooper. I had rode in a mini but never drove one. Bob was our salesman. One of the easiest car purchases that I've experienced. I've always liked the Minis and when my friend Ruby bought a Mini from Bob a few weeks I had to check it out. Bob was was awesome! He was very informative and he didn't pressure like most car salesman (I manage a retail store so I appreciate this as I am the same way). AJ in F&I was just as amazing as this was a very smooth and stress free process! I loved my Fiat but after driving my Mini for a few days I am in love. I highly recommend Ferman, Bob and AJ! More
