Garavel Subaru is by far one of most professional, courteous, and accommodating car dealerships I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Chris Scarlett is an amazing salesman who takes customer service extrem courteous, and accommodating car dealerships I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Chris Scarlett is an amazing salesman who takes customer service extremely seriously in a fun and relaxing way. During the dime tour I was able to meet much of the smiling and polite staff, visit the service department, finance department - all top notch! The building was clean, well, kept and flowed nicely in a very modern way. Bob Chien deftly manages an incredible team and property. I highly recommend. Choose Garavel and you will certainly appreciate the representation of the Subaru product and exemplary service. Their strong handshakes, direct eye contact and execution of promises will leave you most pleased. More

From my first phone contact with Garavel to the day I picked up my new Subaru, this dealership, its management team , and in particular Chris, has been a very gratifying experience. As a current Subaru picked up my new Subaru, this dealership, its management team , and in particular Chris, has been a very gratifying experience. As a current Subaru owner, I didn't need to be sold on the merits of a brand. But Chris went above and beyond "selling". He is respectful, attentive and knowledgable and caring with a good sense of humor.. I drove my new car off the lot, happy with my purchase but even happier (and confident) that I have Chris in my corner. More
