Judi personally called and discussed my survey answers. She apologized and guaranteed the my next visit they would make it right, and they did. I needed service to change the oil They took the car when they said they would and they called shortly thereafter saying that they had completed the oil change and had checked the car f They took the car when they said they would and they called shortly thereafter saying that they had completed the oil change and had checked the car for all systems. I always get treated so well and I am extremely happy General Manager: Jason, Senior Salesman Pete, Service Manager: Roberto all treat me with so much respect and make me feel very welcome.
