Preferred Dealer!?! I have been to several dealerships and have spoken with several salesman and never thought I would consider one a friend. Joseph Campbell is that man I have been to several dealerships and have spoken with several salesman and never thought I would consider one a friend. Joseph Campbell is that man but to call him a salesman and lumping him with the rest (you know the type) would be an insult. My wife and I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Toyota of Louisville with Mr. Campbell being our friend to guide us through the process. We where referred to Mr. Campbell and Toyota of Louisville by a friend and unexpectedly gained another so by all means this is my recommendation to any and all who read this as a friend to go see Joseph Campbell at Toyota of Louisville and you wont be disappointed. Another Excellent buying experience We bought our first Toyota last year with Glen Harder and it was a such a smooth process that we knew exactly who to see this time. Unfortunately our family was faced with the decision to replace the Toyota we had just bought with Glen due to a car accident that totaled the vehicle. We contacted Glen and he was able to find the exact vehicle we had and get us another one on the lot immediately. The second process was just as smooth if not better than the first one considering we did not expect to be doing this again so soon. Glen and the staff at Toyota are tremendous and we will be back in the future for sure. More
