I would have appreciated working with either of them since they helped me tremendously and were a big part of my decision to take the time to drive to Louisville. I spent a couple of hours at the dealership and everyone was very professional, but I didn't see any women that day. Luckily my brother was with me, otherwise I would have reconsidered buying a vehicle. More

Tim was great! He responded to my price negotiations and even allowed me to drive the car home to make sure it would fit in my garage!! Ashley was also great with text responses regarding availability of ve even allowed me to drive the car home to make sure it would fit in my garage!! The exterior was cleaned up nicely for delivery, but I sure wish my front windshield was a bit more clean—it’s hard to reach it and it was covered with a film & lint. Tim immediately without asking me; found an alternative car. I purchased the alternative car, I am a retired salesrep, Tim;s instincts can not be taught. My conversation with David Lail/finance was delightful, he fought hard for me and I appreciate it, all people have a common bond, it is rare to find that bond in a sales experience, today my experience with Tim and David was Great. More
