Glen did a super job of edcuating me about the different Avalon models and all the safety, tech and navigation features of each. Glen was so patient, lettting me test drive three cars so I could experience all the various upgrades, though not one car on the dealer lot that day had everything I wanted. I was very lucky to have Richard Swope make Glen and I aware that they would be getting in a fully loaded 2016 Avalon Hybrid within the week, so I had the option to wait 2 days and really get everything I hoped for in my new car. Bob Garr, handled all my sales paperwork and made quick work of getting me out the door without delay. I picked it up my new Avalon today and I was not disppointed!!!! It had been fully detailed and serviced when I arrived. Glen let me test drive it and explained all the features thoroughly. I am a person who previously hated buying a car, but everyone at Toyota of Louisville truly went out of their way to deliver a superior product and service from start to finish.
