Bob Geisheker was able to tell me all about the vehicle, warranties, BMW Assist, financing options, etc. He answered all my questions and gave me a very good price (better than I expected!!). I also discussed the various options and features of the 2016 BMW X3 with Service employees Jeremy Zndersic and Cesar Saucedo to help me with my purchase decision. The car was ready when promised and looks and drives beautifully! Brandon Helbig, BMW Genius, showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions. They helped me set up my BMW Assist, Connected Drive and even synced everything up with my iPhone before I left the dealership. A terrific buying experience and I would highly recommend the Knauz Team! I have serviced my two previous BMWs with Knauz BMW and they are top notch. Plan to service the new one there as well. More

When it was time to update our SUV I was recommended to work with Bob Geisheker and his team. Bob was able to get us the exact car we wanted in only 1 day and with in a few days I drove the new X5 home. Bob was great to work with from start to finish. . We've highly recommended Bob to friends we know are in the market, because it was such a professional and seamless process with him. My wife left town Monday and when she got home the same week on Friday I had her new car in the garage. Happy wife happy life. More

Most dread the whole car experience....did I get a fair deal? Should I have shopped all around? Is this the right car? Will the dealer take care of me? Let me tell anyone that the experience was all the fun and excellent experience that you might hope for. The client advisor, Bob Geisheker was totally professional, knowledgeable, understanding, good listener.....an ally and advocate. Scott Adduci made the paperwork almost fun and interesting, both on line and old school forms......a new license plate right on the spot as well. To top everything off, Spencer Parker, "GENIUS", was the final highlight. He appeared along side my new X4, and brilliantly, patiently, personably, walked me through all the nits and grits of the car, helping me to become familiar and set it up to all my preferences. Could have spent another hour and 1/2 with Spencer, having so much fun, but figured he deserved a break from me. Once I live with the car for awhile I can call Spencer and book a time to come in and retune, refresh, all the good things that this old guy forgot and might want to set up differently. If you're going to invest your hard earned time and dollars to buy a car, these are the guys you want to get to know 1st hand! More
