Fast, Friendly and Professional We knew what we wanted and Heri and Bob did everything we needed and wanted to make our experience smooth and efficient. We didn't ask a ton of quest We knew what we wanted and Heri and Bob did everything we needed and wanted to make our experience smooth and efficient. We didn't ask a ton of questions about the details of the new tech in the vehicle, since it wasn't a factor in our decision. After we did all the paperwork and financial stuff, Heri, our salesperson, rather than simply letting us drive away, took time to help us setup our phones and configure some of the more critical and personal aspects of the vehicle. He appears to genuinely like his job and helping his customers. I'm hopeful this a culture that permeates the service department too. More
