I coordinated my personal and professional schedule around this service, therefore after the vehicle was with Ferman for 1 day, I got a call to pick it up as it only needed an updated. As I was out out town (part of my personal and professional coordination), I get someone to pick up the vehicle and when I return the check engine light is still on and the vehicle has the same issues and no repairs have been completed. Bottom line, I’m out of the diagnostic fees, time and coordination from my end all because your service techs are acting as salesman and not taking care of customers. I’m highly disappointed with Ferman Ford and it’s service. More

Salesperson was very slow and just seemed very not fit for the job it took over 5 hours at the dealership. When I got the car driving home the brakes and routers were squeaking bad and the rain was coming through moonroof. Felt very rushed and when I Came back the next day to get everything looked at no one new I was coming and when I had called to make sure I was coming it was a mess. They are supposedly fixing the vehicle but we will see what happens after I get it back. Not the best experience. More

Demetrios Mina was are sales consultant and I could not have been more pleased with his concern to get us just what we wanted, He was courteous, caring and no sales pressure at all. Jeff Voorheis was our Sales manager and Frank Savranakis was our Finance manager, these guys worked with us on getting a great trade-in on our old vehicle and getting all the paperwork going as fast as they could.
