Made an appointment to go to the dealer to close the deal. Later in the week when I went to confirm the car that I would be going in for, between Eddy Gallo and Michael Klen, I was told that that quote is for the sedan and that it would cost more for the hatchback. I cancelled the appointment because at no point did I ever mention the sedan. If I am being charitable, it's their honest mistake (that I expect they honor). If I am being realistic, I was being given the runaround. This is why car dealerships still have a bad reputation. More
