Buying the Q60 Coupe First, the car is fantastic. The entire purchase process was easy, fast and enjoyable. It was a pleasure dealing with Brad, he was a big part of how First, the car is fantastic. The entire purchase process was easy, fast and enjoyable. It was a pleasure dealing with Brad, he was a big part of how easy it was and one of the reasons we purchased the car. I'm in sales, so I know how important it is to not only speak to issues, but to listen as well. Brad definitely listened to what we were saying which was why the process was easy, but truly engaging in a conversation with us made the time pass quickly. Brad was helpful in requests we had and followed-up to make sure we were satisfied. He made us feel very comfortable. Joe did a great job with the necessary paper signing marathon. He was informative, honest and just made that straight forward. I initially spoke to Christian and he was very responsive and flexible in getting the appointment set up. Always responded quickly. I came back in this morning to see Brad and also purchased wheel locks for the car. The gentleman from the parts department was very nice and the cashier helpful and quick. Overall, just a great experience. More
