The oil change and fuel filter change was as expected. I was disappointed that tire rotation was an additional charge and the car wash was a voucher to a “Washman”. I typical go to Carr GMC in Vancouver where they provide these services without asking and free of charge. Since I’ve been working from home, I thought I would try Weston. I felt both your service department and sales department including Brad was more in the moment instead of thinking of creating a long term relationship. Maybe I am being over sensitive, but I buy a new truck every five years and always get my trucks serviced by the dealer. I understand that it is a dealer/sellers “market” at the moment, but we all know how the industry cycles. More
