Observed a sign saying if I wasn't provided details on what was done to my vehicle I would get a free oil change. Went in for a recall and was not told what was don't besides 'the recall was taken care of what was done to my vehicle I would get a free oil change. Went in for a recall and was not told what was don't besides 'the recall was taken care of' until I asked for specifics but I felt bad mentioning the few oil change. Also was not made aware the spare key would need programming and will have to return again. And then I got backlash for ME not letting the technician know when I wasn't made aware. More
