James was very knowledgeable and shared about himself to form a friendship. Jeff and the GM introduced themselves and offered any help that they could provide and gave a family dealership vibe. Found a few scratches after I went home and James helped me get it resolved with no questioned asked other than how to satisfy me and apologize for the issue outside his control.
