On our initial visit we explained that we were only looking to test drive and we would be looking at other makes and models too. Ron’s response was “Great you have to start somewhere.” I truly appreciated the no pressure sales approach. Ron was confident in his product and allowed the car to sell itself. Absolutely no pressure or arm twisting. A real pleasure to do business with. A family member who has purchased three (3) Subarus in the past couple of years said that they too have experienced a friendly, non-pushy sales approach at Five Star with each of their purchases. Too bad more car dealers do not take this approach. More

Brought my Subaru in for some warranty work. They had to order the part and it arrived in a few days. They called and let me know and we made an appointment. Brought vehicle in.
