I geared up to go to this suggested dealership thinking I was going to deal with the stereotype dealer: In your face, aggressive, overly assertive, judgmental. When I pulled into the lot on a Saturday morning I was greeted by the one and only Holly. The patience in her eyes instantly brought me peace. She had a calm certainty to her that offered me space to get all my info on the table without feeling judgement. I told her what I was looking for, she quickly checked on it, and within 10 minutes I was test driving my new vehicle. She kindly handed me off to Brandon in finance.
