When I arrived, I ended up waiting for about four and a half hours. During this time, I was informed of two recalls on my vehicle. They managed to fix the tire wobble I complained about, which, unfortunately, still persists. They didn’t have the part for my wireless charger and said they would contact me once they received it, along with the parts for the recalls. However, they didn’t have any parts for the scheduled repairs. Now it’s January 17th, and I still haven’t heard back from them about the parts that were to be replaced. Additionally, I’m experiencing other issues with the car, which is concerning for a new vehicle. As the first owner and driver, I’m disappointed not to have received any follow-up from Kia’s service department. More
