The dealership was fine. I was pleased with the wait time to receive my new car and the rest room is clean and comfortable to use. The process to have my license plate inst I was pleased with the wait time to receive my new car and the rest room is clean and comfortable to use. The process to have my license plate installed was smooth. It would have been better if the dealership give out small gifts with Lexus logo for the customer who purchased the new car. No free snacks either like other houston Lexus dealership had. More

I’ve had a good experience most of the time. Once, when taking my RX350 in for scheduled maintenance, I asked the service rep to have the mechanics check the passenger side cooling seat system. Once, when taking my RX350 in for scheduled maintenance, I asked the service rep to have the mechanics check the passenger side cooling seat system. The seat was not cooling even close to the drivers cooling seat or my wife’s Kia Telluride seats. When the service rep told me the car was ready, I asked about the passenger cooling seat. He reported that the seat performed as designed. That was a crock. The seat does not perform anywhere close to driver’s side cooling. I was generous in awarding Northside Lexus with 4 stars fo this reason. More
