The technology department has been most accessible, knowledgeable and patient. Overall, my experience was comfortable, pleasant and positive. I appreciate the friendly, hospitable atmosphere at Northside Lexus. I am also pleased with the email follow-ups. However, I was quite disappointed that I ended up paying list price. I have purchased numerous vehicles, several of which were luxury vehicles. I have always negotiated better prices than the list price, therefore I was not pleased that Northside Lexus refused to negotiate. More

It was really nice to look at all of the vehicles in the showroom with no pressure from any salesperson.
