I leased a 2019 Jetta which went in for two scheduled maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. Third time in maintenances which I paid $215 in the original lease; neither time did they rotate the tires although they said verbally that they did. Third time in at approximately 18,000 miles they told my son the scheduled maintenance would have to be paid for. Although I had paid it and had the written record. At 26,099 miles rear tires are cupped. Meaning ruined. Meaning I have to buy new tires at $500+ More

Lithia Audi of Des Moines sold me a 2018 Acura TLX on 8/17/21, that was still under original warranty and came with limited dealer warranty. Discovered after sale had corrosion and covered in mold. Black 8/17/21, that was still under original warranty and came with limited dealer warranty. Discovered after sale had corrosion and covered in mold. Black mold was obvious along all doors. A mold test kit was done and determined it was mold. Black mold along entire sunroof, along trunk lid, along all doors, and underneath all weather-stripping. Mold behind rocker panels. Corrosion underneath car, behind rocker panels. White chunks of mold behind weather-stripping, green mold along all weather-stripping. Suggests car was in flood. Have invoice from shop that did mold removal. Car was purchased from auction in Florida. Had to pay $400 to have mold removed along doors & sunroof, could not remove mold underneath weather stripping, as would destroy weather-stripping and/or paint. Lithia bought car back from me after I demanded it, took 2.5 weeks to respond - with sales mgr George Meza ignoring me. Only responded after I involved my lawyer. General Manger Brent Schettler said he intends to sell car again, and personally drove out to KC to retrieve car and try sweep under rug. Tried to force me to sign 2 documents that car was not in flood before would buy the car back. Also tried to force me to register and pay taxes on car in KS. Repeatedly said only buying car because I was unhappy about it, and not because it was a flood car. Car also had burnt wax on 3 areas of car, where wax was buffed into paint to cover up missing paint. D- rating on BBB. Buyer beware!!! More

Rob was the dream salesman to work with. He made sure I got the value I wanted for my vehicle I was trading in and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle. He went out of his way to ord got the value I wanted for my vehicle I was trading in and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle. He went out of his way to order all season mats for me because the vehicle didn’t have them at the time of purchase. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership by far. More

Purchased a modified 2015 Subaru WRX STI out of state, and when the car arrived, it had a rod knock. This is after I specifically expressed concerns around rod knock and piston ring issues being that the and when the car arrived, it had a rod knock. This is after I specifically expressed concerns around rod knock and piston ring issues being that the car was modified, and they assured me that it went through their service department before being listed and is in perfect condition. Rod knock does not develop overnight. I reached out to the sales person Anando via email twice, and never heard back. At that point I reached out to the General Manager Brent who also ignored me. It wasn't until I mentioned that I will be leaving a negative review that Brent called me back with an attitude. I gave him a chance to make things right by offering to either take the car back or come up with a resolution. He said he would call me back before the end of the day, and I never heard back. Followed up with him via email one last time, and also did not hear back. I'm stuck with a $26000 car that I can't drive or sell. The entire experience from the beginning wasn't good with Anando not responding in time or at all until I asked the same question twice, and post sale just down right non-existent. I certainly wasn't expecting it from an Audi dealer. Beware... More

Anando is excellent. Listens, finds what is wanted. I will work with him again People are courteous. Issues: 2 supposedly detailed cleanings at dealer.
