Purchased a modified 2015 Subaru WRX STI out of state, and when the car arrived, it had a rod knock. Rod knock does not develop overnight. I reached out to the sales person Anando via email twice, and never heard back. At that point I reached out to the General Manager Brent who also ignored me. It wasn't until I mentioned that I will be leaving a negative review that Brent called me back with an attitude. I gave him a chance to make things right by offering to either take the car back or come up with a resolution. He said he would call me back before the end of the day, and I never heard back. Followed up with him via email one last time, and also did not hear back. I'm stuck with a $26000 car that I can't drive or sell. The entire experience from the beginning wasn't good with Anando not responding in time or at all until I asked the same question twice, and post sale just down right non-existent. Anando is excellent. Listens, finds what is wanted. I will work with him again People are courteous. Issues: 2 supposedly detailed cleanings at dealer.
