Some of the service reps in this dealership do not value me as a customer. They do not value my time either. They are very dismissive of me whenever I bring my care with an issue. First time I brought my ca me as a customer. They do not value my time either. They are very dismissive of me whenever I bring my care with an issue. First time I brought my car in due to tire issues the service guy told me the tires were okay. Until I insisted that they were not. Eventually he took a look and found nails in two tires. This was after wasting two hours of my time. I took my car across the street to Costco where the tires were fist within thirty minutes for $20. Just recently, I scheduled an appointment and brought my car in due to a recall on the back up camera. After two hours of waiting, I was told they had to order the parts. The next day, a service technician called and informed me that the parts had arrived. I again scheduled an appointment for 9:10am on Saturday. I arrived on time and the technician told me it would take a couple of hours for my car to be fixed. Four hours later, called to pick up my car and I was told they could not get to it. I arrived at 2:38pm and they literally parked it outside and told me to schedule another appointment. The saddest part was their nonchalant response to the situation. More
