Cobb County Toyota 10/12/2024 Ladies Beware! !! I came in for routine service front brake pads and tire rotation. I needed an oil change so I added it. Then I received a call regarding my tires. !! I came in for routine service front brake pads and tire rotation. I needed an oil change so I added it. Then I received a call regarding my tires. I was told my tires needed to be replaced. I had already replaced one because of a nail with Cobb County Toyota. I was told about a special on buy 3 tires get 1 for a $1. Sounds great what's the price of the tires I currently have? Brenton T. Stump tells me, "You have Dunlop tires. Gives me the pricing of $871 for the set of 4." I say, "I'm going to get them taken care of but, not today I was not prepared to pay that amount along with the other services I'm having done." He then says, "If you don't get them done your transmission will be affected." So then I go to the counter with a male friend to get him to repeat his statement. It was very unfortunate that not only was he attempting to take advantage of me but, I had Michelin tires all around my car. I understand commissions but, this experience will definitely have me think twice about doing business with someone I haven't dealt with before. More

We had two experiences in the past week. The first experience I would rate a 3 and the second a 5. The reason for the 3 is I called a week in advance to set an appointment for a repair for a couple of things. When I arrived I was told they did not have the part and it would not be ready until the next day. The person I spoke with did not communicate what was needed so I was without a car for an extra day. They had a week to order the part needed! Also the estimate I was quoted was different from what I had to pay. I was told the call center has no idea what they are talking about. If this is the case, why are they giving me an estimate? Thankfully the estimate was not too much different but it was disappointing. The work was good and I am pleased with what was done. The second experience was great. The problem was diagnosed and taken care of the same day! More
