Brought my car back for the second time (first time water pump was changed) because the car temperature kept spiking and dropping. Bringing it back yet again tomorrow but unfortunately have to leave town for the weekend so I’ll have to spend even more money to rent ANOTHER car. Pretty aggravating and really unhappy. More

While they can get pretty crowded, they do their best to get you in and out quickly. When I came in for a battery issue and the battery checked out as fine, they didn't charge me. When I came in for a flat tire they checked to see if it was covered in the warranty (it was). I do wish they had loaner cars as opposed to having to rent (if you can't stay). But I have found that they cover the cost if they have to keep the car due to their own timing issues. More
