I was immediately greeted in a polite manner and my sales representative, Brooke greeted me. Honestly, it was a smooth tension-less process. I test drove two vehicles and was ultimately sold on a C-Class. Worth noting, I originally identified a used car that I was interested in but it wasn't available when I arrived at the dealership. You see, the vehicle I wanted was a "loaner" vehicle for the dealership so they sold me my vehicle at the price point of the loaner. Obviously I was extremely happy with that. All in all this has been the best dealership I've encountered. Brooke did an excellent job and it was a great experience. I'll definitely be in touch with Brooke when it's time for my next Mercedes. More

Buy Here I went and test drove cars at 7 different dealerships, the lack of knowledge at most of the dealerships blew me away. Brooke Richardson (my Sales Consultant) and Brett Fader (Manager) provided exceptional service. I was in/out in 2 1/2 hours, a record for me :-) The test drive went smoothly, the price of the car and trade-in were fair and didn't result in any back/forth stressful haggling, and my introduction to the car and its features were professional, courteous, and with Brooke's utmost patience. Brooke was VERY knowledgeable about the car, and she and Brett instilled much confidence in my decision to buy the car. I couldn't be happier with the sales experience. More

Accommodating! Best Customer Service I give Reza and the team at the dealership a 5-star rating for accommodating my needs. I did not arrive at the dealership until 8pm due to my work sch I give Reza and the team at the dealership a 5-star rating for accommodating my needs. I did not arrive at the dealership until 8pm due to my work schedule, traffic and heavy rains. However, they stayed opened and waited patiently while I test drove, traded my car, called insurance and subsequently closed on the vehicle. I did not leave the dealership until 10:30pm. Fantastic service!!! More
