I always trust all of my car maintenance with this dealership. Bob Tomolin is my go to person. He is genuine, knowledgable, and I never feel like he cuts corners. I recently had to leave my vehicle at dealership. Bob Tomolin is my go to person. He is genuine, knowledgable, and I never feel like he cuts corners. I recently had to leave my vehicle at Coastal Kia to determine why my Oil Pressure light was coming on while my vehicle idled. Not only did Bob keep me imformed of the test and process of elimination that he and the Kia mechanics where conducting, he also kept me apprised on estimated cost and labor every step of the way. After it was later determined the best course of action of was to replace my engine due to unknown noises being heard from it. I was giving an estimated time of 10-14days that my car would be ready. I was paying for rental and asked Bob if they had a loaner during this time for any amount of time. He was able to get me one. The amazing Kia Mechanics worked hard on my vehicle and replaced my engine in 3 days! My vehicle drives like brand new and I am so grateful I trusted my car with Bob and the Mechanics at Coastal Kia. Also I cant forget giving Ellen a kudos for constantly having to transfer my calls to Bob when I missed Bobs calls while I was at work. More

They could not find my appointment at first, but once they did, everything went very smoothly and was completed ahead of time. The only issue I had was after the fact, when certain things did not work. they did, everything went very smoothly and was completed ahead of time. The only issue I had was after the fact, when certain things did not work. The liftgate did not work automatically, but I found out the setting changed. I assume it was "reset" when there was a software upgrade on one of the recalls. Most of the issues were settings that were changed. More

The service to my car was great. The fact that things were stolen out of my car NOT so great! I had multiple conversations about my trunk organizer being missing with the service ad The fact that things were stolen out of my car NOT so great! I had multiple conversations about my trunk organizer being missing with the service advisor to find out since my car was in the 3rd lot and there are no cameras there it was possible that it was stolen. Now that made me think what else was stolen out of my car that would not lock. My crown royal bag full of change and some chapstick and a charger cord. Why would you leave a car that won’t lock in a lot without any kind of security? I have never received a phone call from the advisor that was going to speak to his supervisor to see if anything could be done. More
