I always have such a great experience at Coastal Kia. I'm kept up to date on my car's needs, and I'm given a point-by-point breakdown of what they've done and what they recommend. I like working with Brian Benson as I never feel like he pushes additional service items on me. He does not guilt me into something that is not absolutely needed at the moment. I appreciate his judge-free zone, his happy demeanor, and the trustworthy feeling he brings to the counter. On previous visit, my wife and I really appreciate the video taking by mechanic. Very nice touch and helps with knowing the car and what needs to be done. More
