Attentive and inquiring if I was satisfied with the with the information provided. Brought vehicle for me to inspect. It was important for me to be able to comfortably be able to get in vehicle. Most importantly he explained the various details of the Traverse. He took his time to do this. He was respectful and understanding of my needs and wants in this purchase. Going from a full size pick up to the Traverse would be daunting and he respected my concerns. He escorted me to the steps needed to complete the buy.
