Looking back, I almost wish I had purchased directly from your dealership—either another Tahoe or possibly even the electric Silverado—because of how well your team has treated me.
Throughout the time I’ve owned the vehicle, your service department has consistently taken care of the various issues I’ve experienced. I really appreciate the attention to detail, the clear communication, and how your team keeps me informed throughout the entire process while making sure I’m satisfied with the outcome.
Any time something has come up, it has always been handled professionally and resolved in a way that makes me feel taken care of as a customer.
If I had one small suggestion, it would simply be to offer more gas-powered loaner vehicles so customers have the option to choose between gas and electric if they prefer.
Other than that, from management to the porters to the team handling the loaner vehicles, everyone has been excellent. I truly appreciate the level of service and the way your team has taken care of me.
