The reason I travel from Oak Creek to Heiser is because of the people. From Mike the service writer to the sales team, they're more like friends than they are a service center. I purchased a used vehicle and 3 weeks later, after only 153 miles tons of smoke was coming out of the tailpipe. I was instructed to bring it back to the dealer and it was in the service department for over 153 miles tons of smoke was coming out of the tailpipe. I was instructed to bring it back to the dealer and it was in the service department for over 2 weeks. Between the service people and management an effort was made to try and figure out what was wrong with the vehicle and how to fix it. Finally, after much frustration, I received an email from the Used Car Director Brian Crandall at which time we sat down to resolve the issue. Mr Crandall took the time to listen to my concerns and was prepared with a variety of options for me to choose from. In the end, I selected a comparable vehicle and traded in the other auto I had for only a month and a half. Brian took care of all the logistical issues regarding the change over. I felt that my situation was handled very professionally with the focus on customer satisfaction. I appreciated the time and attention the management staff of Heiser took in order to assure I was completely satisfied. More

Everyone I have dealt with at this dealership have been fantastic. I do have to say that when I turned in my leased Equinox was fine but I recieved a report from GM Financial that I owe 500 plus dollars fo fantastic. I do have to say that when I turned in my leased Equinox was fine but I recieved a report from GM Financial that I owe 500 plus dollars for two tires that need to be replaced. I turned in this vehicle in pristine condition. I had a 45 thousand mile lease. I turned it in just under 33 thousand miles. I upgraded to a new vehicle a decked out Traverse costing me over 500 dollars a month. OK. But charging me for tires on my prior lease just doesn't seem right. I feel like I was mislead. I have bought or leased GM for years. I can promise you that I Will NOT GO WITH GM IN THE FUTURE. Unless they rescind those charges. I will also make sure my family and friends will consider not to go the route of GM products. I AM NOT HAPPY. Again the dealership is great, but whoever is in charge of leased vehicles and the charging they seem acceptable doesn't work for me. I am retired and have all the time in the world to share my experience. 🤨 More
