Bruce Reis was my sales consultant and he was amazing; he did much more than just consult. It was very surprising and impressive to see how knowledgeable he was in regards to a Mercedes, given that we were in a Honda dealership. I would, without any reservations, tell my friends to ask for Bruce Reis, as he was spectacular in how he treated me both before, during, and after our car purchase; going out of his way more than he had/needed to. Rancier is the man! I had a 2004 Accord V6 which I loved, but it failed inspection, and with 235K miles, it wasn't worth the cost to fix it. I knew I wanted another Honda I had a 2004 Accord V6 which I loved, but it failed inspection, and with 235K miles, it wasn't worth the cost to fix it. I knew I wanted another Honda, and Herb Chambers had the best selection and prices in the area, so I made an appointment. I worked with Rancier, who was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He's been with the company for 5 years, and he knows his stuff. This was my first time buying from a dealership, and he went above and beyond to make me feel at home without any pressure. I test-drove a few cars, and all were spotless (both inside and out). I ended up buying a 2011 Accord LX-P at a great price. Very happy with the ease of trading in my old car, and the dealership handled all the paperwork so there was no need to go to the RMV. Overall, really happy I went with this dealership, and couldn't recommend Rancier more highly! More

Amanda’s professionalism along with her personality, knowledge, and experience makes her an awesome salesperson which then makes me a very happy customer. I can see why Herb Chambers averages 4.5 out of 5 but in my personal experience and opinion I give it a 5/5. I give most of the credit to my salesperson Amanda Peters for my experience. It was a smooth ride from the moment I was searching for a vehicle to me leaving with one. I definitely recommend Herb Chambers to family and friends, and I’ll gladly direct them to Amanda Peters. More

Jim Downing our Sales Rep was absolutely terrific! He made the whole experience go so smoothly without any glitches and really took away any kind of stress that you can go thru when you lease a vehicle. I would highly recommend asking for Jim if your in the market for a Honda! Our finance man Brian was great as well! He was so professional, answered all our questions and even helped us receive money back from a warranty that we had purchased on our previous CRV. What an awesome team they have at Herb Chambers in Seekonk, Mass. This will be the only dealership we will go to for any future vehicle needs! Thank you Jim and Brian!!! More
