They did see that I needed new tires and quoted a very good price that I could not find anywhere else that could compete. While they did the tires, they found I needed a front end alignment and did it right away with my approval. The atmosphere is pleasant and customer friendly and the waiting area is quite nice and very clean. It is a very good place to do business as they are quite competitve in prices and quality of service. More

Took quite a long time I have been coming to Gates Toyota for oil changes for 6 years. Had never had a problem until the last year, culminating with this last visit. I arrov I have been coming to Gates Toyota for oil changes for 6 years. Had never had a problem until the last year, culminating with this last visit. I arroved at 6:55 and my vehicle was not done with its oil change until just after 9am. I was sitting in the waiting room talking with 2 other customers who arrived at 7:50 and 8am and were both finished and out of there by 8:55. I was told it was supposed to be first come, first serve by the employee working the desk and he apologized for the wait. This has now happened 3 times in the last 1.5 years which is very frustrating. Would just warn people that you might be there for a while if you go for an oil change. More
