very quick and complete service. This was our last scheduled maintenance on our leased 2018 RAV4 When I arrived for my 1:50 appointment I was told it would take 1 and 1/2 hours but my car was finished scheduled maintenance on our leased 2018 RAV4 When I arrived for my 1:50 appointment I was told it would take 1 and 1/2 hours but my car was finished in 35 minutes. My visit was very short. I was waiting for the shuttle to take us to Oakbrook, but it was badly delayed and Brian was able to complete my tune-up quickly so I could get to my appointment on time.
