Koons is. good company. I may purchase from them again in the future. The service department should not take 1-1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Other good company. When they ask, and you tell them that you will be waiting on the vehicle, they should expedite this service or schedule this on a day they are less busy. After an hour and a half, I had to find Brian and ask the status of the vehicle. These are the only complaints. The dealership was clean and had beverages available. More
