Koons is. good company. I may purchase from them again in the future. The service department should not take 1-1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Other good company. I may purchase from them again in the future. The service department should not take 1-1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Other dealerships seem to be able to do this in less than 1 hour. When they ask, and you tell them that you will be waiting on the vehicle, they should expedite this service or schedule this on a day they are less busy. After an hour and a half, I had to find Brian and ask the status of the vehicle. These are the only complaints. The dealership was clean and had beverages available. More
