I was in Koons at 8:30 AM. They finished the tire change at 12:30 PM. On my way home. The very tired that was changed went flat. David Letourneau and the entire service staff at Koons Chevy in White Marsh are first class. The customer service experience is unmatched. From the moment you arrive, their communication throughout the Chevy in White Marsh are first class. The customer service experience is unmatched. From the moment you arrive, their communication throughout the entire process, you feel as if their entire team has your back. It's not always fun having to bring a car in for service...life disruption, work, kids, etc. David and the Koons staff get that and make sure they alleviate as much of that stress as possible from start to finish.
