I am so disappointed with the service provided at Koons. For starters, poor communication. Brian Hastmann Would take forever to return a call and it took multiple emails and a long wait in between for him t For starters, poor communication. Brian Hastmann Would take forever to return a call and it took multiple emails and a long wait in between for him to reply to our emails. He didn’t even took the time to address our concerns, he just copied and pasted what we had already seen in the diagnostic report. Second, I have no confidence in your tech team. After reviewing the report, the pattern of simply adding parts without a clear diagnostic path concerned me. It felt less like a targeted repair and more like trial-and-error. Before authorizing the additional $2,104.99 for the engine control module replacement and the $825 diagnostic fee, I needed a guarantee that the work would actually resolve the problem. As you can imagine, Brian never provided such guarantees. If I had the time to open an investigation with the MVA and consumer protection on the practices of this repair shop, I definitely would.
