Very smooth and easy transaction in difficult times Brian Hietsch was very quick to respond to several questions and pricing discussions via phone and email went very smoothly. Trustable, courteous, friendly, down to earth, knows the biz I was lucky to have Brian as my dealer salesman. He worked with my son who knows cars from the nuts and bolts up. He was patient with my son's probi I was lucky to have Brian as my dealer salesman. He worked with my son who knows cars from the nuts and bolts up. He was patient with my son's probing questions. Answered every one of them. This is significant because my son, grandson, and I drove 180 miles from Jackson, Michigan to buy the platinum Lincoln MKS. It was everything Brian said it was! We bought it. At checkout, Brian made the very helpful offer to turn my Hertz rental car back in so we wouldn't have to drive back home with 2 vehicles.
