We bought our first Subaru (Forester) at Gateway in 2011, and it is still going strong. Looking to update, we found that a lot of features have been added to improve the safety and comfort in the Outback. Joe went over everything to make sure we were aware of all of the features. Very patient with all of our questions, we were able to navigate through the sale process easily. Our only issue has been in comprehending some of the computerized systems in the car. Our success in using the "Air Play" system have been inconsistent; and sinking more than one cell ph. in the Blue Tooth has been problematic.
