Brought are car in for a tranny issue and when diagnosed ford told us the TCM was bad and they would take care of it at no charge due to a recall. And when we got the car back it still has the same problem ford told us the TCM was bad and they would take care of it at no charge due to a recall. And when we got the car back it still has the same problem and when we call the dealer they told us to bring it back in and they would look at it but it may be a transmission. If they would have diagnosed it properly the first time we wouldn't be going threw this. And also told that there is nothing they can or could do at this point and it's a 2013 ford focus with around 60 to 70 thousand mile should not be having this problem. Poorly made products. More
