I made a 1:00 pm appt for “The Works” (synthetic oil blend and tire rotation). At 2:15 (that is 2 hours and 15 minutes later!!!, someone came into the lobby to tell me that they did not rotate my tires blend and tire rotation). At 2:15 (that is 2 hours and 15 minutes later!!!, someone came into the lobby to tell me that they did not rotate my tires. I only had my oil changed and various things inspected (fluid levels, tire treads, brakes, rotors...) and it took 2 1/5 hours? Not only this, but there was no communication during this span of time and I could see from the existing (dirt) on the lug nuts that the tires were never touched. Never again. More

My wife contacted Brian & Mickey & coordinated a no-muss, no fuss inspection/appointment for an Extended Service Plan on my 2016 Ford Flex bought from another dealership. Autonation Ford in xx. Pete had actu no fuss inspection/appointment for an Extended Service Plan on my 2016 Ford Flex bought from another dealership. Autonation Ford in xx. Pete had actually tried a "bait & switch" warranty tactic, so it was refreshing to see the integrity at Walker Ford, and I actually got better coverage! Smooth, clear, professional dealings at every step. Those "Walker is Ford" commercials are cheesy as xxxx, but I got outstanding service and I will spread the word! More

Walker Ford is our go to for both our vehicles and we have been pleased with the service and work, until this time. The exact repair that cost me $450 was done by Walker service just over a year ago. I w have been pleased with the service and work, until this time. The exact repair that cost me $450 was done by Walker service just over a year ago. I was told, sorry but our work warranty is 1 year. Put yourself in the consumers place...really! It is hard to swallow that the exact same repair was needed again in just over a year for something Walker service was suppose to have fixed. So, what am I to do? Am I to assume every 14 months or so this same thing will break...hummm. Staff is always a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional. It just seems something is wrong here. More
