Brian was excellent as far as what transpired with my service. Ford Motor company is to blame. They knew the 10r80 transmission in my 2019 was faulty. They knew the CDF drum was faulty. Sadly for me i wa service. Ford Motor company is to blame. They knew the 10r80 transmission in my 2019 was faulty. They knew the CDF drum was faulty. Sadly for me i was over 60K miles power train. There are several lawsuits pending. Cost to me was $8300. Do your home work when buying and make sure your vehicle was not manufactured with this 10 speed transmission. The really sad part is Ford knew this and did nothing. Ford has lost a lifetime customer and so has Walker Ford More
