I would not recommend this dealership. While fixing my car's heat, they made to get the battery replaced which was not required at all. Over the past 12 years our Mercedes cars have been serviced at Princeton Mercedes. During that time, Brian McCoy has been our service adviser. During that time he provided the best customer service of serviced at Princeton Mercedes. During that time, Brian McCoy has been our service adviser. During that time he provided the best customer service of any service department I have experience with. On the rare occasion where there has been a quirk, he responded immediately and resolved these with a true customer responsive solution. The real test of a service department is how they respond when a quirk appears. Brain and the dealer are the best example of treating a customer right! More
