I received a phone call today from Robert Kennedy, suddenly he wants to communicate about my vehicle. I hated to inform him that I was currently in route to Bronx Supreme Court for file my claim. He demanded that I remove his name from my review - I refused because everything mentioned in that review was the truth, and factual order of events. Folks... please take my advice, don't argue with these people, pay the necessary fees, collect your receipts and take the matter into court. Imagine $1,900 for an oil change or so they claim.

Dear Examiner, It is truly unfortunate that trust has been eroded in this situation. After having my car repaired at a different shop for a fraction of the price quoted by Jeep, it became evident that reaching an amicable agreement might not be possible without legal intervention. This experience leads me to ponder how many other unsuspecting customers might have been similarly overcharged. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be encouraged to read reviews and make informed decisions before choosing a service provider.
