Ken Ganley has done maintenance work my 2005 Mustang GT for years. My 2016 Escape is serviced by the dealer where it was purchased because I have a lifetime agreement. But when my battery failed, Brianna o for years. My 2016 Escape is serviced by the dealer where it was purchased because I have a lifetime agreement. But when my battery failed, Brianna offered remote service and the tech right to my house. You can't beat that! More
