I have always had great service at Sutton Ford and employees always treat you like family. Sutton Ford has a great array of employees there to help with all you needs. Service department is "TOP NOTCH". They have the technicians to do the job that needs to been done whether it be just an oil change or more difficult service needs. They go out of their way to let you know when it is time for service with the friendly reminders through e-mail. They want you to have the best possible experience when it come to your every service need.

I will buy another vehicle from Sutton Ford , everyone was great to work with while purchasing my Truck , from customer service with Brittani to my salesman Chuck yzaguirre along with Jeff moyers they went above and beyond to make my purchase a no hassle expierience along with Latoyta in Finance.
Seems to me you's worry about sales more than service and answering question of a client that not only bought one but two from the dealership Asking about situations that have happened more then twice then have to schedule a appointment hopefully under warranty and not getting a charge for it. 3 times stopped by to have a vehicle washed and it was down. Very Disappointed sometimes with situations at the dealership. Also both Sales persons I dealt with both left? One came back didn't seem very concerned about anything he got the sale.
Normally when shopping for a vehicle dealers are pushy and don't help you they only try to help themselves. But Sutton did an amazing job of helping me find the vehicle I wanted and then working with me while I waited for my money to hit the bank. The sales women Brittani and the sale manager were amazing and I would continue to work them for now on.
