The entire experience was great, from the the time we pulled up and started browsing to the time we left the lot with a new car. I have purchased many cars over my 60 years on this earth but this was by pulled up and started browsing to the time we left the lot with a new car. I have purchased many cars over my 60 years on this earth but this was by far the best experience. Cook was great at guiding us through the process and listening/understanding what we needed. Brittany was especially personable in conducting the part of the process which is usually very mundane and mechanical. Both were very courteous and very knowledgeable. More
