They sold me a car that had major mechanical defects and when I contacted them to ask them to make it right by giving me a fair trade in price they ghosted me after saying that taking care of customers they when I contacted them to ask them to make it right by giving me a fair trade in price they ghosted me after saying that taking care of customers they've sold a bad vehicle to would be a "bad business model". When I visited the dealership for the 11th repair in 16 months, a sales person offered me $4k less than a local dealership for the trade-in.
