While waiting for State Inspection to be performed on my vehicle, I received a text message pertaining to a couple of issues concerning my vehicle. I then went to see my Service Advisor but she wasn't at h vehicle, I received a text message pertaining to a couple of issues concerning my vehicle. I then went to see my Service Advisor but she wasn't at her desk. As a matter of fact, there wasn't any Service Advisors at any of the 6 or more desks. The only person I found was the clerk at the checkout section, who also saw no one was around. We then saw one advisor in a meeting with the manager. So I sat down by the manager's office to wait for that meeting to be over. Another advisor come in the building carrying what appeared to be food and went straight to the employees lounge. Eventually my assigned advisor came out the employees lounge. I approached her to review the issues with my vehicle. I'm was truly shocked and very disappointed to find no advisors available in sight while there are many customers like myself that may need to speak with an advisor at any time. On a good note, I truly appreciated one of the drivers taking me home to get my credit card and bringing me back to the Service Center so I could pay for those unexpected issues to be resolved. More

This is the first Honda I have ever owned. I was greeted by Briyanna and she took my information and reason for the visit. I waited for the repair in the waiting area which was nice.
