Grew up in Bethlehem NH, played baseball and was on the Franconia downhill Ski team. Graduated from Profile High School 1994 Served my country in the United States Marine Corps 1994-1998 I was stationed in 29 Palms California, Okinawa Japan, Camp Lejeune also was stationed at Camp Fuji which is at the base of Mt Fuji and Yes I did climb the mountain! My specialty was Communications Once I finished my 4 years in the Marines I worked for a communication company out of Wakefield MA. Started my automotive career working for Land Rover in Natick MA, moved over to Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. 15 years ago I found a home at Smith Motor Sales of Haverhill. "Great Family Owned Dealer"

This was my first experience at Smith Motors. I was in the market for a new Mercedes Benz and was lucky enough to stop here and to deal with Brockton in sales, a seasoned, knowledgeable veteran sales pro the market for a new Mercedes Benz and was lucky enough to stop here and to deal with Brockton in sales, a seasoned, knowledgeable veteran sales pro with 20 years of experience. This was by far my best car buying experience. Brockton was great to deal with and made the whole process painless and enjoyable. Though inventory was low, Brockton found me exactly what I was looking for! Loren in financing was also fantastic to deal with and was able to secure me better terms than my own bank. Top notch service all around. I look forward to dealing with this dealership for future service and sales visits. Super experience! More

Not very impressed with the dealership. Picked up my new/preowned 2018 GLA mentioned how important having satellite radio was and was never told it didn’t have it. Got home had to buff the whole car b new/preowned 2018 GLA mentioned how important having satellite radio was and was never told it didn’t have it. Got home had to buff the whole car by hand looks like it was taken through a car wash quick with a wax film on it all over Had no idea how to work radi then had no instruction book in glove compartment. The scratch on rear bumper looked like it was colored in with majic marker. Then realized they didn’t even offer to get me a inspection sticker..,, most likely will not go there for anymore vehicles.
