My experience yesterday was WONDERFUL. I came up there with my mom and aunt, and met with Bryan Carlton, whom I spoke with earlier in the day. He set aside a 2019 Kia Rio that I told him I was interested with my mom and aunt, and met with Bryan Carlton, whom I spoke with earlier in the day. He set aside a 2019 Kia Rio that I told him I was interested in looking at. As soon as I got there I test drove it and brought it back. I fell in love immediately. Admittedly, I was nervous about not being able to get approved due to my trade-in, a 2010 Dodge Caliber which I still owed money on, more than what the car was worth. The team worked hard with me to get me approved at a decently affordable rate. He came back after running all my credit and income-to-debt ratio, and I was approved, but it looked like the 2020 version was going to be a cheaper monthly payment, and cheaper interest rate, which was unbelievable to me! He even had the car in the same exact color that I had wanted, which was a bright red. He brought it up for me to look at and I immediately said yes. This experience was HUGE for me, as I've never bought a brand new car before by myself, and I didn't even need a co-signer. I am so thankful I came up here and I am thankful Bryan helped me get into a safe reliable vehicle (with all the fun electronic toys inside!) before winter. Thank you Bryan and the Summit Place team!
