Didn't fix the problem but thanks anyway they said it was my tire but its not .The first time going to them they fixed my wheel bearing only on my passenger back tire and did not replace my driver back side my tire but its not .The first time going to them they fixed my wheel bearing only on my passenger back tire and did not replace my driver back side when its needs to be replaced. You don't just fix one side of a brakes you do both so you doboth wheel bearing. More

Very disappointed with the dealerships costumer service, on the sales floor and in service. I have been a loyal customer. I bought my first Explorer with Mike Murphy. Choose to go no where else to have it s on the sales floor and in service. I have been a loyal customer. I bought my first Explorer with Mike Murphy. Choose to go no where else to have it serviced. When looking to buy a 2020 explorer (NEW) and trade my other in the sales gentleman would not negotiate. He said “When your looking for a big girl car payment come back and see me.” I disappointedly walked away and continued my hunt at other dealerships. After finding what I was looking for at another Ford Dealership I bought my car. The vent rear vent broke a couple months after purchasing. I then called Mike Murphy (where I didn’t purchase my car to have them service the car and order the vent part), in November. It is now almost June and I have yet to get a call for the part or to get it fixed. Yesterday I called because for some reason my trunk wouldn’t release to open. My car is still under warranty. I asked what my options would be as they are VERY busy, 4 weeks out. I completely understand but I travel with my family for sports it’s hard when you can’t use your trunk. I was told by the service department, “ It looks like you didn’t buy your car from us so there is nothing we can do besides wait for an appointment.” Well I tried to buy my car from you, I have ONLY had this car serviced with you ... and yet I’m still treated like the black sheep. Where is the costumer service, I continue to try to spend my hard earned money with your company but am reassured I’m not a priority. More
